Learn German in our language school
The IKI language academy teaches all language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing. The focus is on communication. Our teachers focus on systematic grammar and vocabulary with modern textbooks and topical lesson methodology.
Our highly professional staff with academic background (language or educational studies) is specialized in teaching German as a foreign language and has many years of experience in language lessons.
Year-round German classes
IKI offers year-round German courses for adults from ages of 16 in a central location in Vienna. An average of 8 to 16 people take part in our courses.
For every language level
There are 13 course levels for all language levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2). The step-by-step plan is based on the European reference framework.
Signing Up to Our German Classes
How to apply
You will find a registration form for each of our German courses. Please select your desired date and the desired variant of the course and send us the form completely filled out.
We will send you a confirmation of receipt and inform you whether there is a place available in your course level.
Placement test
We also need the result of your placement test.
You can take the test online for free at any time and send it to us.
Applying in person
You can also take the placement test and apply directly in our office. Our opening times are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Payment and Financial Support
After your registration (either in person or online) we will inform you about the payment terms.
You can pay cash or by card in the office or by bank transfer.
Refund and cancellation
You may ask for a refund up to one week before the beginning of a course, minus € 30.00 (cancellation fee and bank charges). Please pay for your course within the specified timeframe, otherwise your registration will be cancelled.
