The IKI Language Academy is located directly opposite the Vienna State Opera. From here, you can reach the city’s main highlights within minutes, including the Naschmarkt, Kärntner Straße, and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

Learn the Language, Experience the Culture
For over 40 years, around 450 to 500 students (aged 16 and above) from all over the world have participated in our popular German courses at the Vienna Opernring each month. Outside of class hours, we offer exciting and mostly free leisure activities to help you discover Austrian culture.

We offer courses in 13 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) for beginners and advanced learners. The course levels are based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

IKI offers German courses to adults and youth from the age of 16 at a city-central location all year. Beginners and advanced students can choose between group courses and individual trainings.
